REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by ACI Forensics (“ACI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging ACI services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL SERVICES

All services offered by ACI are classified as digital, intellectual, and investigative services.

Once a service has been:

Initiated

Scheduled

Delivered (in full or in part)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Forensic analysis and reporting

Blockchain tracing and investigation

Compliance and AML assessments

Advisory and consultation services

2. JUSTIFICATION

Due to the nature of ACI services:

Work begins immediately upon engagement

Resources, intelligence tools, and analyst time are allocated at once

Outputs are customized and cannot be resold or reversed

Therefore, refunds are not feasible or permitted.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

Reviewing service scope prior to payment

Providing accurate and complete information

Ensuring they fully understand the nature of the services

Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be treated as a breach of agreement

ACI reserves the right to:

Suspend all services immediately

Provide documentation to payment processors and legal authorities

Pursue recovery of funds and damages

5. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited case:

If ACI explicitly confirms in writing that a service was not delivered at all

No other exceptions apply.

6. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By making a payment to ACI, you confirm that:

You understand and accept this Refund Policy

You waive any claim to refunds once services commence

7. AMENDMENTS

ACI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updates become effective immediately upon publication.
