These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by ACI Forensics (“ACI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
ACI provides:
Cyber intelligence and digital forensic analysis
Blockchain tracing and transaction monitoring
AML / compliance risk assessments
Investigative reporting and advisory
All services are advisory and analytical in nature and do not constitute legal or financial services.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
Use ACI services for fraud, money laundering, cybercrime, or any unlawful activity
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to ACI systems
Use ACI outputs to harm individuals, entities, or jurisdictions
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
All submitted information must be accurate and lawful
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your jurisdiction
You must cooperate with due diligence and verification procedures when requested
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All reports, methodologies, frameworks, and systems are the exclusive property of ACI
No reproduction, distribution, or resale is permitted without prior written consent
6. FEES & PAYMENTS
Fees are agreed upon prior to service delivery
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
ACI reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
ACI does not guarantee specific outcomes, including asset recovery
All findings are based on available data at the time of analysis
Reports are not a substitute for legal evidence unless validated by competent authorities
8. TERMINATION
ACI reserves the right to:
Refuse or terminate services at its sole discretion
Suspend engagements where legal, regulatory, or reputational risks are identified
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ACI shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect financial losses
Regulatory penalties or enforcement actions
Decisions made based on ACI reports or analysis
Use of services is at your own risk.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information is handled under strict confidentiality protocols
Disclosure occurs only where legally required or necessary for investigation
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial and compliance laws based on operational jurisdiction.
12. AMENDMENTS
ACI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
